Alaska Airlines services at MTY

Alaska Airlines Name change or correction

Ensure that the name of the passenger on the reservation is the same as the one on the travel documents. If a spelling mistake exists, you should inform Alaska Airlines immediately. In case you have used an online travel agency or third party website to make your reservation, you might need to get the corrections done through the same source.
A small mistake in the name does not mean that you can transfer your ticket to another person.

Alaska Airlines Baggage allowance

The baggage allowance varies according to your ticket price, destination, and the air carrier flying your respective segments. Check your booking for the dimensions of your carry-on baggage, the baggage limit for your checked luggage, weight limitations, and the cost. If your journey involves other carriers, their policies will govern your luggage.
Place any valuables, medicines, travel papers, and important things in your carry-on luggage. For connecting flights, check the place and time when you need to collect your luggage.

Alaska Airlines Cancellations and changes

Options for cancellation or change will vary depending on the fare restrictions for your ticket and when you make the request. You should check your booking to see what the fare restrictions are. If there is a cancellation or major change in the Alaska Airlines flight you are scheduled on, you can contact the airline regarding alternative booking arrangements.

Alaska Airlines Refund policy

Eligibility for refunds will be determined by the terms and conditions of the fare, along with relevant laws and regulations. Based on your ticket and situation, you can get a refund, credit towards another flight, and other options. If there is any delay or cancellation of your flight, please reach out to Alaska Airlines or your ticketing agent to know about your options.
